Welcome to Broochex. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

All products sold by Broochex are handmade, artisanal goods. By purchasing from this website, you agree that all transactions are governed by these Terms of Service.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the methods available on this website.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged will be the price at the time of your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. If an item is not returned in its original state, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of Broochex. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broochex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
