Approval and Shipping:

Within 3 days after placing your order, I will send a photo of the embroidered portion for your approval before assembling the brooch.
Your order will be shipped promptly upon approval. Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds are accepted after shipping.
